After baking sourdough bread for over 2 years, I finally felt confident enough to venture out into the world of other sourdough baked goods. After 7 attempts to make the perfect chocolate chip cookie I finally created a recipe I was proud to share with my family, friends and coworkers and eventually sold in my micro bakery. I continued on this journey and started playing around with the base recipe and have created multiple different flavor profiles using the same base recipe as my Sourdough Chocolate Chip Cookies.
